The Seven Card Timing Spread
The Seven Card Timing Spread addresses aspects of issues or concerns that relate to you and the challenges or obstacles you face. In addition, it reveals a time frame – how long or how soon until the issues occur (or clear up). Or how long they will last (or how soon they will be over). Alternatively, how long or how soon until the outcome events or circumstances manifest, or how long they will last.
“When will I find a job?”
1. The First House
You personally, as you are now. Your ego, your personality, what is happening to you now. Your expression of yourself. Also, how others see you.
Ten of Spades – Loneliness, loss, sadness, a setback.An unhappy situation, problems, difficulties, loss of something you had counted on.
2. The Second House
The Immediate Situation
Your personal situation, representing what is happening to you at present. Your environment, including other people. Your neighborhood.
Queen of Diamonds – Strength, knowledge, dignity, experience.
Or a woman with those characteristics. A very dignified individual, probably a woman. Someone in a position of power, like a boss, a supervisor, a lawyer, a politician. May also mean a woman over 35, or a mature woman. For a married man, possibly the ‘other woman’.
But this card can also indicate time: The next season, or the change of season, or 3 units of time: 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months.
3. The Third House
Challenges and Obstacles
What (or who) it is that is challenging you, or your position. Obstacles in your path. Problems you may face.
Four of Spades – Minor annoyances. Temporary setbacks.
Be prepared to ignore a lot of things that happen, there will be a period of aggravation. The situation itself may not be bad, but will be aggravating for a while.
4. The Fourth House
Strengths and Skills Needed
The strengths and skills that will be needed to deal with, or overcome the challenges. Could be either strengths you already have, or will need to acquire, but could also be strengths someone else has that you must make use of.
Two of Clubs – A fantastic intensity of emotion.
Fate triggers explosions of luck. Usually good luck. But remember, luck can be either good or bad.
5. The Fifth House
What will most likely occur based on the current circumstances, unless some action is taken.
Two of Hearts – Something unexpected will happen.
A very lucky card that trips up fate and destiny.
6. The Sixth House
The final long-term result of the outcome, most likely your resulting feelings or the final situation.
Ten of Hearts – A strong intensity of emotion.
A very fortunate romantic card. Emotionally overpowering, like a strong crush, very intense, but usually in a positive way. Of course, due to the extreme intensity, it could lead to trouble.
But this card could also indicate complete fulfillment.
7. The Seventh House
How long or how soon until the outcome occurs (or the issues clear up). Or how long they will last (or how soon they will be over). Alternatively, how long or how soon until the outcome events or circumstances manifest, or how long they will persist.
Eight of Spades – Whatever happens will happen 10 times as much.
The 10-times multiplier card. A reinforcement of energy. Whatever happens will happen much more strongly than you anticipated (which could be good or bad).
